You don’t need to create an account to use Career Oven. We keep things simple. You’ll book your service via a scheduling link or reach out directly through our website or email. Once we confirm the service and receive payment, we’ll get started.
We expect respectful, clear communication from everyone we work with—just like you’d expect from us. Let’s keep things professional and human.

3. Payments & Refunds
All payments are due upfront before work begins.
We use trusted payment partners to process transactions securely. This may include third-party platforms, direct bank transfers, or digital storefronts like Selar for ebooks. The exact method may vary depending on your location or the service you’re booking.
Because our services are highly personalized and involve a significant investment of time and expertise, we do not offer refunds. That said, your satisfaction matters deeply. Each resume package includes up to two rounds of revisions, and we’ll work closely with you to ensure the final result aligns with your goals.

4. Ownership of Work
Here’s how it breaks down:

• Client Deliverables (Resumes, Cover Letters, LinkedIn Profiles, Coaching Advice): Once we deliver your customized career materials, they’re yours to keep and use however you wish. You own the final product.
• Career Oven Digital Products (e.g., Ebooks): These remain the intellectual property of Career Oven. Purchasing them gives you personal access, but reselling, copying, or distributing them without permission isn’t allowed.

Sometimes, clients send us lovely feedback or leave public reviews. We may feature parts of these testimonials on our website, social media, or promotional materials. If you ever want us to take something down, just reach out. We respect your voice and privacy.

6. Blog Comments
